Diagnosing the problem
Aether faced high bounce rates and low conversions caused by a fragmented shopping experience. Navigation was confusing and the checkout process introduced friction at critical moments. We focused on identifying where users dropped off.
Designing for clarity
Usability testing and heatmap analysis revealed the main pain points we needed to fix. We simplified navigation, streamlined the checkout flow, and clarified product pages. These changes led to a smoother journey and measurable uplift in sales.
